It’s All About Trust!
Life is not easy, and often we are thrust into situations requiring us to trust others who have advanced knowledge or training in a specific area. We can easily understand this when we need a painter, an electrician, a plumber or other home professional. We want to work with someone who will do the job at the right price, at the right time, and in the right way, leading to the right outcome. We strive to find a professional who has both a reputation for honesty and excellence in the community, and a passion for the work they do.
Applying those same principles when a loved one is in need of assistance can even be a greater challenge, but is of critical importance. At Great Life Senior Care, we have put together some important questions and answers to provide guidance in your decision-making journey into home care.
What Are the Guiding Principles of Great Life Senior Care?
Our company motto is “Our Family Caring for Yours.” That is the principle that guides every aspect of how we care for loved ones. A trusted relationship, and care tailored to the needs of our clients is critical to this principle.
What Is Your Mission at Great Life Senior Care?
To help our clients remain independent, provide peace of mind for families and loved ones, promote healing and extend life, reduce stress, and keep families together.
Who Needs Senior Care?
Many seniors, as they age, require some assistance in managing activities of daily living. Our goal is to provide this care while enhancing safety and improving the quality of life for the seniors and the families we serve.
What Home Care Services Do You Provide?
Services may include companion care, personal care, medication reminders, dementia care, respite care, senior care, transitional care, and a host of other helpful services.
What Makes Great Life Senior Care Different from Other Companies?
We are veteran owned and offer a personal and caring experience. Caregiving is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We work with you on your schedule to optimize the best of care. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Why Should I Call Great Life Senior Care Rather Than Hiring Someone Advertising Their Own Caregiving Services?
When you bring in a private caregiver, they may not be bonded and insured, nor have the rigorous training, screening, accountability and protections that are provided by Great Life Senior Care. You may rest assured Great Life has completed these security steps for you.
Are Your Services Only for Seniors?
We also provide services to individuals with disabilities or those recovering from an accident, illness, or surgery. This is a great benefit for those transitioning from hospitalization or rehabilitation to home. Our clients minimum age is 18.
Do You Offer Services to Veterans?
Jason White, the owner of Great Life is a veteran and we have great admiration and respect for those who have served our country. We offer a Veteran’s Discount, and it is our pleasure to work with Veteran’s Aid Programs to benefit those requiring our services.
Can You Provide 24-Hour Home Care?
At Great Life, we can provide home care around-the-clock. We also serve clients in assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, or rehabilitation centers.
How Do You Select Your Caregivers?
Our caregivers are carefully interviewed and screened. They are registered with the State of California Home Care Aid Registry, and are experienced, trained, bonded and insured.
Why Great Life?
Great Life Senior Care is a family-owned business that you can trust to help you and your loved ones navigate the challenges of aging. With a reputation for integrity in the Home Care Industry in our community, our management and staff are focused on customized care and work well done! You can rest assured that you and your loved ones are in good hands.
How Do I Get Started?
A simple phone call to Great Life Senior Care at (951) 679-9592, or a request on our website at GreatLifeSeniorCare.com is all you need. We will contact you to arrange a free, no obligation, personal assessment to determine the level of care needed, and offer suggestions on how we can best serve you. From a few hours a week to around-the-clock care, we have compassionate caregivers ready to assist.
In next month’s newsletter we will answer questions about costs of care, working with insurance or Veterans benefits, and how our caregivers are carefully chosen to optimize care and coverage to best serve the hours and needs of our clients. For more information on this now, please see the Q & A’s on our website.
Happy September from Great Life, as we serve our clients with honesty, excellence, and a passion for the work we do.
